This may be due to a late payment or lack of insurance. Please be aware:   

For all payments made after 5pm on Saturday, and anytime on Sunday, your vehicle activation code will be processed the following Monday morning starting at 9am. You may use your one-time (per pay period) emergency code that will activate your vehicle for 24 hours. 

To activate your emergency code, insert key in ignition, turn key to the “on” position then back to the “off” position 5 consecutive times within 30 seconds to initiate override command. For additional assistance you can contact 24/7 Pastime customer service number: 1-800-865-3260
